The History of St Martins Lutheran College
Learning Support:
A Learning Support teacher and assistants are employed to implement a learning support program to cover the individual needs of children with general and specific learning difficulties as well as those who are deemed to be gifted and talented.
Gifted and Talented Education:
St Martins runs a Gifted and Talented program (GATE) for students who have been identified as functioning at a high intellectual level or with exceptional skills.
Reading Recovery:
A Reading Recovery program is run in the College to help Year 1 students who require intervention with reading.
